a little more about me

My Dream:

I dream of a world in which it’s normal and expected to teach a young vulva owner about their body, about how to care for it, about how to listen to it, and how to love it.

I dream of a world in which the fact that I have a vulva, uterus, & ovaries doesn’t automatically make me have to advocate for myself in the healthcare system so much harder than my non-vulva/uterus/ovary owning counterparts.

I dream of a world in which BIPOC are cared for just like I will be when they have a baby.

I dream of a world in which the people in charge give a damn about the maternal health crisis, especially for those who don’t have white skin.

I dream of a world in which our healthcare system supports true, lifelong health, and not band-aids.

And I dream of a world in which you know and believe with everything that you have in you, that you don’t need to change anything about yourself. That you can have everything that you desire just because you are you and there’s nothing to prove.

My hope for you, even if we never meet, is that you always know how dope you really are, and that you are always worthy.

And if I meet you, even if it’s brief, I hope you always walk away knowing that you are important, and that you matter.

My style.

I guide you. I don’t (and won’t) do it for you. I provide an openness to receive and hold space for safe emotional expression. I believe in having a partnership, a true container, for both of us to equally coexist. As you navigate your desires, I’m there to provide support, accountability, humor, and most of all, love.

I very strongly believe in choice. I am here to help you see the available options and then empower you as you choose which you’d like to pursue knowing that the path can be ever changing in appearance but always exactly what it’s supposed to be. I walk next to you, not in front of you.

I won’t stop until every single person with a vulva is able to confidently say that they have agency of their body, spirit, and mind…and that they know how to maintain it.

What are you waiting for? To feel ready? I don’t know that that day will ever come…and if you find the answer on how we learn to be 100% ready for something, I'd love to chat!

The truth is, if we wait until we’re “ready”, we’ll be waiting forever. Might as well start today. A baby step is still a step forward. You’re where you are right now, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay there.

I’m here for you. I support you. Let me know what you need.
