BIRTH + POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES:

• When you hire me as your doula I provide 24/7 support throughout your pregnancy. I listen to your desires and help and much or as little as you want with planning for the birth.

• During labor I serve as your advocate, ensuring that your voice stays at the center of every decision.

• Postpartum support is provided in your home. You get to have someone dedicated to making sure YOU’RE taken care of…who can also help with the new baby/partner/pets/siblings/meal prep/etc.

• I believe in supporting birthing people without pressure to conform. I believe in providing education and choice, and I believe that we all deserve to have the kind of support we desire.

• I offer doula services to families of all backgrounds and respectfully honor your cultural traditions.

• All doula packages are custom built for your specific needs.

PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES:

• I provide in-home pregnancy + postpartum physical therapy services to my doula clients.

• Packages are custom, but will always start with a 90min initial evaluation to ensure we have adequate time to discuss questions and concerns while also providing treatment.

• Common concerns following birth that can be addressed with physical therapy: abdominal separation, pelvic pain, bowel or bladder leakage, body image difficulties, return to exercise concerns, feelings of “falling out”/pressure, sexual activity concerns (pain/lack of desire/dryness/etc). Visits start at 6wks postpartum (virtual appointments available prior to 6wks).

• Common concerns during pregnancy that can be addressed with physical therapy: pubic symphysis pain, back/hip pain, round ligament pain, frequency of urination, leakage from bowel or bladder, constipation, etc. Visits can be adjusted to a frequency that works for you!
